Spinach chips

Life is crazy. I can’t believe I found a few spare minutes to blog this! I promise I will get back to it…

but in the meantime, here’s a quick and easy snack idea! Careful…they’re addicting :)

Health Benefits

Olive oil-protects against heart disease, can lower blood pressure, rich in polyphenols which act as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory.
Spinach-rich in glutathione, high in Vitamin K, C, and A. Promotes gastrointestinal health, and high in Lutein, which protects from eye diseases

Have a great day!

Baked Spinach Chips

1 Bag fresh spinach leaves
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Garlic salt
Chili flakes
(or whatever seasoning you may like)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay spinach leaves out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on seasonings. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy. Enjoy!

Thanks to Angela for this yummy idea!

I’ve got a batch baking in the oven as I type :) Can’t wait to try them! How could I make a sweet (hopefully) healthy version?

Love these! I have made these with my sister before! Delish! I like using the Mrs. Dash spices: Tomato/Basil, Garlic and Herb,Original blend, and the table blend I put on almost anything to add some extra zing!
